5 Things, Post #38
Dec. 5th, 2021 08:23 amI just realized it's been a while since posting. Work and Stuff, as it so often is....
Anyway! 5 Things!
*I finished knitting a scarf for my youngest brother. Originally it was going to be a Christmas gift, but since I finished and gave a scarf to his husband in October, I probably shouldn't count it as a gift. ;)
*It is the season of tea, and now I want a new teapot for my rotation. Am trying not to buy things, but....
*Also, I have been craving mince pies for Christmas, and so I ordered them from Fortnum and Mason as part of my birthday gift. The problem is that I want them for Christmas, but I also really want them NOW, and they sit on the counter, taunting me.
*Started watching Get Back on Disney +, but I was empathizing too much with Paul trying to keep everything together while the other Beatles wanted to go elsewhere, and so I stopped. Maybe later. (Still, the 60s fashion is so pleasing to me.)
*Watching the new Covid variant with jaundiced eye. I'm supposed to be going to London in March, and damn it, I hope I still get to go.
Cheers and hugs for your week ahead!
