Hee, my first class started with foam-roller work! It was resistance bands for the second class.
What I like about the studio I'm attending: 1) the instructor/owner is accomplished, calm, and great at putting together a workout; 2) the mix of exercisers goes from v.v. fit young women to older folk just keeping it together (ie. me). ;)
